In last night's class we were quizzed on the Mandarin we have learned before reviewing more about numbers and discussing our reading for the week. We also learned a little bit about business culture and how to introduce ourselves formally. We got to practice that for a while, giving us a chance to get to know others in the class. I met some wonderful, interesting students and I think we will enjoy traveling to China with each other.
Finally, we talked about the typical shopping method in China: bargaining. These videos helped us gain a better understanding of the process.
